ttGTU = Success
So it's almost two months after I said I would start posting. ttGTU was a success and I'm eagerly awaiting my first year of university.
Although my blogging fell through the cracks this summer, I was actually fairly productive and GTD'ing (which took priority over blogging, sorry readers).
Speaking of readers, for the 48 subscribers (for which my ego is very thankful) and those of you who may randomly check for updates to ttGTD (and leave disappointed), you'll be happy to know that I've been offered a position by Geoff Ruddock, as a part-time writer for Gearfire.
Gearfire is a productivity and technology-oriented blog with a multi-author writing base, including fellow students. I felt that this would be a great opportunity to dust ttGTD off the Someday/Maybe list. Productivity and technology are both necessities and hobbies in my life.
So the Next Action for you is to add the Gearfire RSS feed to your blog reader, or just check their website (more often than once a blue moon) to find my new posts as well as lots of other great content from the other writers (not a shameless plug, I also read Gearfire long before I was asked to write).

ttGTD = ttGTU
ttGTD = ttGTU?
That is, trying to Get Things Done is synonymous with trying to Get To University at the moment. I was accepted to all the programs I applied for. For any Canadian (specifically Torontonian) readers, I have chosen to attend Ryerson University for Business Management next year.
You'll have to excuse my lacking (non-existent) content in the meantime as my final exams for high school are creeping around the corner. However, I do have a growing list of topics/series for posts in my Someday/Maybe list for this blog.
Look for the content coming to your feed reader of choice starting June 21st, my final exam date.

The new [white belt] on the block
You may be wondering "why on earth there's yet another GTD blog?" (YAGTDB). I too, asked myself this very question today as I stared at the big fat donut under my subscribers count in FeedBurner.
This afternoon, I opened up Google Reader for my daily RSS fix (I don't drink coffee, so it's my substitute addiction). After sifting through the headlines, one in particular caught my eye: "Join the GTD-Feedburner network."
I've been attempting to implement GTD for roughly half a year now. After stumbling upon Punkey's post, I decided that blogging my own GTD journey would be immensely beneficial in completing the GTD Mastery 100 checklist. Being a reader of many informational and inspirational GTD blogs, I felt a need to give back to the GTD community.
If I can provide one nugget (or fleck) of productivity-enhancement to one reader (as many GTD-blogging, black-belt wielding masters have and continue to for myself) then it will be worth the time invested.
I'm a newbie to the actual writing side of blogging (albeit, a pro at pressing "next" in Google Reader), so please bear with me as I attempt to make this semi-functional. Any comments/questions regarding site design and content are always welcome.
Finally, thanks to the GTD Network for this opportunity. With it's help and you, the reader, ttGTD won't be YAGTDB (see the top of post).
